EASY STEPS ON CREATING A

 COMPLETE FORM AND VALIDATION PHP FILE
    

1. From the Main Menu, select Form, Create Form
 
2.  Add the input type to the form list by double clicking with your mouse or drag/drop it  into the Form List
 

3.  Add as many Input Types as you like to the Form List

    

4.  Click on the EDIT BUTTON. Then update your changes as shown  below.

After you're done with making your changes, click on Exit
 

5.  Build the Form

 

6.  Form completed!
